Our family was in a situation regarding one of our new found pets and Brown Creek Animal Hospital went the extra mile today to help us with our issue. Our special thanks and appreciation to all of the front desk staff, Office Manager and Veterinarian staff for their kind and special customer service that was provided to us. We are truly fortunate to be able to bring our "extended family" of pets to this clinic.

Compassion. That’s what I felt when I was there on Saturday. I had to have my beloved 13 year old dog to sleep last week. I was devastated at the loss of my Wonderful companion. The staff was understanding and allowed me time with him before and after he was injected. They comforted me. Today I received a sympathy card from them. Such a special touch.
My dog had some very serious health problems. All the other vet hospitals were charging me thousands just to investigate and gave me no answers which left me with little money to get his surgeries done. They basically turned their backs when I let them know I could not afford the surgeries. A friend of mine recommended Brown creek which is about an hour from where I live. They were the Best! They care about these animals and want to help! The doctors were amazing and answered all my questions. They didn’t charge the outrageous fees and mostly were concerned for my dogs health not the money! I will never go to any other vet hospital again! They are number 1!!!
